Support Packs

OHSL support packs are best suited for ongoing support requirements including problem resolutions, bug fixings, minor enhancements, investigations, analysis and other similar day-to-day support activities.

Support packs are available in various sizes to allow you to choose the best match for your requirements.

Monthly Support Pack

Monthly Support Packs are renewable contracts which offer fixed number of support hours per month. These support packs are available for 40, 60 and 80 hours.

Quarterly Support Packs

If the support requirements are expected to last for longer terms, consider using the Quarterly Support Packs. These support packs offer better value for money and are available in 100, 180 and 240 hours per quarter.
