Monthly Support Packs are renewable contracts which offer fixed number of support hours per month. These support packs are available for 40, 60 and 80 hours.
If the support requirements are expected to last for longer terms, consider using the Quarterly Support Packs. These support packs offer better value for money and are available in 100, 180 and 240 hours per quarter.
